Dr Ronit Aloni is well known as an "expert witness" in court and will supply a written opinion. If required she will appear in court to present her testimony.

This service is particularly helpful to individuals in need of expert professional opinion regarding situations in which sexual function is damaged as a result of an accident (car accident, work accident or injury suffered during army service). Dr Aloni is able to professionally assess and appraise any psychosexual damage and / or damage to sexual relations caused by the injury.

It is also possible to receive an appraisal for the cost of immediate treatment and ongoing treatment.

The opinion is only written after an ongoing diagnostic consultation lasting between 2-5 sessions which take place with the injured party, along with close family members and occasionally the individual's personal aid.

In order for the opinion to be written it is necessary to bring along to the consultation all medical documentation, examinations and diagnoses from the time of the injury until the present.

The referral process for us giving an opinion is generally initiated by the lawyers handling the case, or in coordination with them.

Dr Aloni manages the largest Sexual Therapy and Rehabilitation clinic in Israel and handles the treatment of those with psychological, mental, chronic and/or physical disabilities.

The clinic offers a diverse range of Sexual Therapy options which are unavailable at other clinics, especially surrogate assisted sex therapy for individuals with severe physical disabilities. The clinic has a contract with the Ministry of Defense and treats those injured under the auspices of the Ministry who are in need of sexual rehabilitation, on an individual basis or as a couple according to need.

Dr Ronit Aloni is a graduate of the Israeli Institute for Expert Opinion which, under the management of Professor David Libai, certifies professionals to prepare expert opinions for the courts.

Dr Aloni has considerable experience presenting expert opinion in court in her specialty field, including experience in defense and cross examination by lawyers and the court.

She also has experience in giving expert opinion on sexual harassment in the workplace and between therapist and patient.

Dr Aloni gives expert opinions on sexual rehabilitation in order to increase the eligibility of the injured party for compensation. As the amounts involved can be on the scale of thousands of NIS or more it is important to relate to this issue appropriately when involved in a claim for damages.
