Coaching
Coaches are not therapists, rather they are specially trained people with a professional business or organization background.
In coaching the individual practices doing, working on tasks from week to week and acquiring new skills so as to replace old habits which prevented the individual from reaching personal goals.
The coach who is contactable by phone between sessions, accompanies the individual throughout the process in which the coach is a full partner. It is the individuals decision when coaching comes to an end – it may be when the individual becomes involved in a relationship or it may simply be when the individual decides to continue alone.
Sessions take place once a week for between 1-1/12 hours. The average number of sessions is between 6 – 18 meetings and they take place outside of the clinic.
We have two Coaches on the clinic staff, Efrat Shoresh and Shlomi Sharoni.
Efrat Shoresh
Efrat completed her training at "Strawberry Communications and Outcomes", the largest training company in Israel and she is experienced in treating sexual problems in women. Efrat holds a B.A in Education and Theatre from Tel Aviv University and the Kibbutz Seminar.
Efrat specializes in coaching women towards creating lasting relationships and in personal realization. She also coaches interpersonal relations and offers coaching for those who wish to improve their self image. Since 2000 Efrat has been accompanying individuals in personal development workshops. Previously she established and managed media and communication projects.
Shlomi Sharoni – Coach
Moderating workshops in communication and personal development at "Humanication" since 2000, Shlomi has been a Personal and Business Coach for "Strawberry Communications and Outcomes" since 2003.
He is a graduate of a course in Sexual Therapy from Tel Aviv University and manages the Sexology Forum on the portal "Walla".
Shlomi holds a B.A in Economics, a Diploma in Banking from Tel Aviv University and is a graduate of Gestalt Studies and Group Facilitation from the Ma’agalim Institute.

המרפאה של דר רונית אלוני הינה המרפאה היחידה המכשירה סרוגייט לטיפול כמקובל על-פי התקנון של IPSA - (ארגון הסרוגייטס האמריקאי). אנשים המציעים את מועמדותם להצטרף לקורס עוברים אבחון לבדיקה אם הינם מתאימים להיות סרוגייט.
מבחינת ההסמכה, מספר פעמים בשנה מתקיימים במרפאה קורס להסמכת סרוגייטס, משך הקורס הוא 40 שעות. הקורס נפרס על פני שני סופי שבוע, ומועברים בו תכנים חווייתיים ותיאורטיים הכוללים הרצאות, שיחות וסדנאות. יש לציין שהקורס הוא חלק מתהליך האבחון וההערכה של התאמת המועמדים לתפקיד.
